Unable to claim premium pass reward

So for some reason after getting the premium pass I can claim everything but Marc Casado. It says -2350 xp to unlock and I’m unable to claim. Also doesn’t show a tick on the player even though I’m le...

Did you ever get a resolution? I’m having same thing. Only unlocked premium rewards up to level 3. Everything after I have same message about -XXXX XP to unlock
