Unable to claim premium pass reward

So for some reason after getting the premium pass I can claim everything but Marc Casado. It says -2350 xp to unlock and I’m unable to claim. Also doesn’t show a tick on the player even though I’m lever 6 on the pass and have before and after items claimed. Please fix
