Unable to connect to ea servers on PC

I have ea play pro subscription and trying to play ea fc 26but whenever i try to login to ultimate team it says "Unable to access ea servers" however it works fine on ea fc 25 and f1 2025. Have tried every possible solution on the internet, what is the issue i still dont understand. Please help me or refund me my 1 year money for ea play pro.
