Unable to Connect to EA Servers on Xbox Series S — Internet Working Fine

My internet connection is fully working but EA FC 26 keeps failing to connect to EA servers on my Xbox Series S. Every other app and game connects fine. The problem is isolated to FC 26 only.

Steps Already Tried:

Hard reset console — held power 10 sec, unplugged for 30 sec

Cleared alternate MAC address via Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1

Enabled UPnP on router

Cleared app cache via Manage Game and Add-ons

Full reinstall of FC 26 — issue persists after fresh install

Tested on both WiFi and wired — same result on both

Checked EA server status — servers showing as online

This is not an internet issue. All other games and apps on the same console connect without any problems. The error message says “Unable to connect to EA servers” and it has been ongoing with no fix after all standard troubleshooting steps.
