If it works with your phone as a hotspot chi33091 then it means the issue is with your network or ISP so you will need to troubleshoot it and speak with your ISP about it.

I can always connect to FC25, even now. But I cannot connect to FC26. I don't think the problem is with my network.

Can EA fix it as soon as possible? Thank you.
