Unable to connect to ultimate team

I have tried every troubleshooting method on PS5, i've spoken to EA live support around 5 times and I still keep getting this message when trying to play ultimate team - "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to Main Menu." Please can this get fixed, I was told it would be fixed internally but I've been 11 hours now without the ability to access my ultimate team account.
