Unable to connect ultimate team

I am writing to report an ongoing issue preventing me from connecting to EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on my PlayStation 5. Although my internet connection is fully functional, Ultimate Team consistently fails to connect on my PS5. My Wi-Fi is stable and performs well, and I am able to access and play all other game modes without any issues—this problem appears to be isolated specifically to Ultimate Team on my PlayStation.
I have already attempted multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting my console, deleting and re-downloading the game, and rebuilding the PS5 database, but none have resolved the issue.
To further narrow down the cause, I also logged into EA FC 26 on my Xbox using the same EA account, connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and Ultimate Team worked without any problems. This leads me to believe the issue may be related to my PlayStation platform or account configuration rather than my internet connection.
