Unable to Download Ultimate Edition - Item Conflict

I am currently getting the above message when trying to download the Ultimate Edition that I recently purchased on PSN after finishing the 10 hour EA Play Trial.

I have tried removing the game from my PS5 and re downloading but I continue to get this problem, hs anyone seen similar and manage to resolve it?
