Unable to find additional teammates in Clubs Rush PS4

I've tried multiple "fixes" to this and I am out of ideas.

Haven't been able to play the game because of this issue.

Tried turning off Crossplay, turning off location estimation, restarting console, bypassed my router plugging straight into the modem.

This is not an isolated issue! My brother who just purchased the game yesterday has not been able to play a single match!

Now all three of us are having this same error!
