Unable to make updates to my squad in Ultimate Team

Hello EA Support,
I’m requesting an urgent escalation to a senior advisor or specialist regarding persistent issues with Ultimate Team on my account. Since Title Update 2 on 24 September, Ultimate Team has been completely broken for me:

I cannot add players to any squad, I’m unable to queue for matches I’ve missed the Tournament rewards and the Champions qualification due to this.

All this Saudi Money, but you still decide to rob your players by giving them an unfinished, buggy product, you deserve all the hate you get.
