Unable to open UT mode

Hello,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with EA SPORTS FC™ 26 on PC. I am unable to access Ultimate Team mode. The problem occurs consistently when I try to enter the mode from the main menu.

I have already performed comprehensive troubleshooting steps to resolve this locally, including:

• Platform-Specific Fixes:
  • Verified the integrity of game files through Steam.
  • Repaired the game through the EA app.
  • Ensured both the Steam and EA apps, as well as my graphics drivers, are fully updated.
• Standard Restarts:
  • Restarted the game multiple times.
  • Performed full shutdowns and restarts of my PC.
  • Power-cycled my internet router and modem.
• Connection & Status Checks:
  • Confirmed my internet connection is stable and other online services work.
  • Checked the EA Server Status page and confirmed there are no current, widespread outages for FC 26 PC servers.

Despite all these efforts, I still cannot access Ultimate Team. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
