Unable to sign in to ea servers

I cannot sign into ea servers via ps5 and i keep getting this error. “In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect"

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please try the following steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
