Unfair penalty after Rivals win caused by EA server issue

I won a match in Rivals, but as soon as the game ended, Ultimate Team crashed with the message:
“The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.”

When I restarted Ultimate Team, I received the message:
“Disconnection warning.”

As a result, I didn’t receive any points, and I was penalized as if I had quit the match.

I find this unfair and hope you can do something about it. It takes a lot of energy for me to play a match.
