Unplayable game 3 FPS 99%GPU

Since I downloaded the game I have a problem playing any mode in ea fc 26. In just 30 seconds my fps drop to 3 to 5 maximum and my GPU is at 99%. I cant finish not even a single kick-off game, being ...

I also have rtx 3050 4gb and I checked every video on youtube for a solve we have to wait for a patch
