unstable connection crash

since the last update the ping randomly goes up to 1000, i get the "unstable connection" red warning and the game closes without an error message. Besides that, it runs smoothly and the ping isn't that high. 

I'm in a fresh windows install, added firewall/windows defender exclusions, reinstalled EAC, verified game files integrity, still having the same issue.
