Unstable connection PC

When i play a game all is good no problems and suddenly i lose controll of my controller and get a unstable connection causing a massive ping/lagg spike this occurs randomly . sometimes its only stops my controller inputs without a unstable connection afterwards

GPU/CPU Normal usage  

Ethernet Good connection - Ping around 20 average (without spikes)

i tried disconnecting my bluetooth mouse , using a different controller (and cable ) , disable steam controller input and Reinstalled and verified game files still no fix 

I searched forums and reddit but i cant find a solution that works for me . i hope anyone can help me out its getting really anoying
