URGENT: FC 26 FUT Disconnects, All Matches Count as Loss (PS5)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent and critical issue affecting my ability to play Ultimate Team (FUT) in EA Sports FC 26.

  1. Detailed Description of the Issue:

The core issue is two-fold: limited access and in-game disconnection/loss counting.

  • Access Difficulty: It takes me over two hours of repeated attempts to successfully log into the Ultimate Team mode.
  • In-Game Disconnects: Once I finally manage to enter FUT, I am consistently disconnected after playing a maximum of one or two matches.
  • Match Result Error: Crucially, all matches from which I am disconnected (regardless of whether I was winning or drawing) are registered as a Loss on my record.
  • Problem Duration: This frustrating situation has been ongoing since the game's release.
  1. Comparison with Other Modes:

I would like to emphasize that the game's Seasons mode and other non-FUT online modes work perfectly with no connection issues, indicating the problem is specifically localized to my Ultimate Team access and connection stability.

  1. Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

I have already attempted the following standard troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists:

  • Restarted the game and console multiple times.
  • Verified my internet connection (stable connection confirmed).
  • Cleared the console cache.
  • Reinstalled the entire game ([Mention if you have done this, otherwise delete this line]).

This issue is preventing me from making any progress in FUT. I urgently request a technical investigation into my account and connection to the FUT servers.

    Mate how is it that players can disconnect from a game and it doesn’t count as a win for me? How do I fix this on PS5

    We're not aware of any issues with the servers currently, but will continue to monitor for them. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest that may improve your connection.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    I have already gone through all the standard troubleshooting steps recommended for packet loss and connectivity issues (such as restarting my modem/router, clearing cache, etc.).

    Furthermore, I have confirmed with my Internet Service Provider (ISP) that they are not detecting any connection instability, packet loss, or network issues on their end for my connection.

    Since other online modes (like Seasons) are working perfectly, the issue seems isolated to the connection between my EA Account/Ultimate Team specifically and your servers. Could you please check the server connection logs or investigate my account status?

    Thanks. You've got some packet loss. That could be what's causing this. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here? You can also try speaking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

    I have same issue in PS5 , for about last 3 hours I cant finalize any game counting me as NF and lossing the match ofc :(
