User Disconnected While I Was Winning Counts as a Loss For Me

Hi EA,

I just played a match where I was 5-0 up, the opponent paused the game and disconnected, yet I've received a message saying that I did not finish the game and it counts as a Loss.

I've now received two losses (the other one was 0-0 20mins in) where the servers have been disconnected for no reason whatsoever as my Internet is great, and I haven't even played 10 games of rivals yet.

Please can you investigate and correct the outcomes of these matches.

Hi there. We're not able to modify match results. If this is happening frequently though, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. Let me know if you'd like to do that. Thanks!
