UT game crashing and getting penalized for it

Fifa was working fine the past week, then I updated today and every game is super laggy and crashes. Then, I get penalized for it. Hadnt bought fifa or FC in a while and im regretting pre ordering this one already... anyone have a solutuon? 

On the bottom left of ny screen it says "Error" trying to enable RTAO without raytracing enabled." 

Please help
