very low FPS

i bought this game yesterday and i have a pc that can run this game in high FPS. but when i started the game it is unplayable because of extreme low FPS. the game feels like ultra slow motion. i have tried reducing my graphics, framerates but no use. i am not expecting such terrible experience from the reputed game developer like EA. moreover i have spent money on a game that can be played. i am awaiting response from EA.
