Walkouts

Hi i am sure there is an issue with my account I must have opened about 150-200 packs and not had a walkout this is a disgrace I’ve even paid for packs and still nothing. Not even decent low rated player. How can this be. Can someone explain to me why this is happening, it’s an absolute disgrace and making the game as boring as every other year.
