Web App problems

I bought a botman 82 ovr for 440 coins and sold him for 2000 ( he got sold when i was sleeping ) . i woke up today and checked the web app , he was sold but the coins werent transferred. what to do?

Also i cant access the objetives tab in the web app. it shows a lock symbol on it
