Web/Companion Transfer Market Still Locked After 320 Hours
Hi everyone,
EA Support advised me to post this issue on the EA Forums.
I started playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC through Steam on 25 June. I have now played for more than 320 hours and regularly completed full Ultimate Team matches across many separate days. My in-game Transfer Market was unlocked a long time ago, but the Transfer Market in both the Web App and Companion App is still locked.
The important detail is that my account was banned on the very first day I downloaded and started the game. At that point, I had barely played Ultimate Team and had not had a proper chance to use the mode. I appealed the ban because I believed it had been applied incorrectly, and EA subsequently overturned it.
However, EA Support has now told me that my Web/Companion access “might have been delayed due to the ban on the account.”
Because the ban occurred on my first day, before I had properly started playing Ultimate Team, I am concerned that it may have affected the initial eligibility status of my account. Although the ban was overturned, the Web/Companion Transfer Market eligibility may not have reset or updated correctly.
I have contacted EA Support several times and was repeatedly told to continue playing and remain active. I followed that advice and now have more than 320 hours of gameplay. At this point, this clearly does not appear to be a normal activity issue. Support has confirmed that they cannot manually unlock access and has directed me to the forums.
Has anyone else experienced the Web/Companion Market remaining locked after an incorrect ban was overturned?
Platform: PC/Steam
Started playing: 25 June
Gameplay time: 320+ hours
In-game Transfer Market: Unlocked
Web/Companion Transfer Market: Still locked
Previous ban: Applied on my first day before I had properly played Ultimate Team, then overturned after appeal
Thank you.
