Welcome to ultimate team bug

Great. Since you're able to access your club in the Web App, you can  try this:

1. Log in to the FC Web App or mobile Companion App.
2. Go to Squads.
3. Create a new squad (it can be a temporary squad with new players).
4. Once the new squad has been created, make sure it is set as your Active Squad.
5. If you have an old squad that appears to be causing the issue, you can delete it after creating the new one(Deleting squad will not delete your players)
6. Save your changes and completely close the Web App or Companion App.
7. Launch FC 26 again and try entering Ultimate Team.

We've seen cases in the past where the game gets stuck on the "Welcome to Ultimate Team" screen because of a squad-related sync issue. Creating and activating a new squad through the Web App can force the squad data to resync with the game. Let us know how that goes. 

I can access the app. Can you clarify what i need to do with the squads

Hey. Welcome to our forums.  Your Ultimate Team progress is stored on our servers, so deleting local save data or reinstalling the game should not delete your UT club. Before trying anything else, could you try logging into the FC Web App or Companion App? If you're able to access your club there, try creating a new squad, deleting the old squad if needed, and then setting the new squad as your active squad.
