White loading screan

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the game on PS4.

Every time I launch the game and connect to the internet, I get stuck on a white loading screen.

After that, the EA login screen appears, but I’m completely unable to control or interact with it using my controller.

I can’t move or select anything at all.

This problem has been happening for over a day and hasn’t been resolved.

I’ve already tried restarting the console, rebuilding the database, and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists.

Please help. Thank you.
