Why cant i put my toty Lamine in my squad without the game kicking me out

Every time i select my toty hm lamine and try to put him in my squad my game kicks me back to the main menu i’ve tried everything i can think off even using the webb companion deleting squads its just the singular card glitched i cannot select him in rush games it’s says he’s not even in my club i literally cannot use him please help.
