Why don't EA care about the state of the game

This must be the worst EA football game ever, it's virtually impossible to play on pc, and I have a high-end pc. Constant stuttering and freezing, loss of connection and ridiculous lag. And to make it worse, when it freezes or crashes it then says you will get fewer coins for leaving the game, even when you are winning by a big margin. The defending is also ridiculous. The only good thing is they have stopped all the stupid goals from 40 yrds out. Definitely the last ever EA sports game I will be buying. Disgraceful.
