I have just installed FC 26 and the game does not register my controller inputs at all.if I go to gameplay settings, my Control Device options consist of just KEYBOARD + MOUSE and KEYBOARD ONLYI have tried:unplugging and replugging the controller inconfirmed that the controller is detected by other EA app games as well as other games/apps on my PCI am not sure what else to try.

I have also tried restarting my PC. I notice sometimes the game shows the xbox icons, but still only accepts input from mouse and keyboard
