Wins Not Counting in Seasons Mode – Opponent Quits or After Full Match

Hello EA Team,

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FIFA 26 Seasons mode. Despite winning multiple matches — sometimes after the opponent quits, sometimes after playing the full 90 minutes — the victories are not being recorded in my season progress.

So far, this has happened to me at least 10 times. Each time, I took a screenshot showing the match result (score, stats, and opponent’s quit message if applicable). However, none of these wins are reflected as victories in my season record.

This problem makes progression impossible and ruins the competitive experience, as the game doesn’t acknowledge deserved wins.

Could you please investigate this issue? I can provide all screenshots if needed.

Platform: PS5

Issue Frequency: Almost every time the opponent quits or even after a full win

Approx. Number of Affected Matches: 10+

Region: Belgium

Happening to me too. I can’t even see the IDs after the game to report them. Why is EA not fixing this? Totally ruins the game.

It just happened to me the last 2 games, the opponent is losing and when they quit I get nothing. It's really hard to advance like this. Im in division 3 and have a 2-2 record when it should be 5-2. I hope something gets done because it is very frustrating trying to advance like this.

Having the same issue with players closing out of their game just as time is about to expire leaving me with 0 points earned, no math history, and 10-15 minutes of my life wasted. Please fix this. This has happened I would say in 1/5 matches I’ve played.
