Won a FUT Champs match and got a loss in my record

I had a record of 8-2 in FUT Champs and I was playing my 11th match and managed to win it. After the final whistle the game became stuck on the usual cutscenes for about a minute and then it showed the scoreline with a green "win" under it (normal) then it showed that i got 0 match coins and for the champs wins it showed 0+. I go back to menu and I found out it's been counted as a loss and my record is 8-3.

This is incredibly disheartening as every week I am facing numerous issues (mainly hackers and random disconnects even though i have a 96 connection quality rating) is there any way I can get any help or is this it?
