Working normally fine...until a few minutes later

Start the game normally, running fine, but a few minutes later, the game starts lagging and becomes unplayable, and even the menu feels extremely laggy. Please fix this error, or else I can't even play this game for like 10 minutes without closing the game and restarting it.
