WRONG PLAYER REMOVED

Good evening 

I am sorry to bother you but have tried everything I could think of to get this resolved 

After entering a winter SBC last weekend I used a gold 80 Rashford then when I next logged in to play my Evo 88 had disappeared and replaced with a concept 80 rated in active squad 

I have tried live chat with EA and they have confirmed they can see the exact time and all the players I entered and indeed 80 has been submitted 

Why can I not get my evo I spent a long time working on back?
