Wrongful Account Ban – Case Under Review (False Positive Concern)

Hello EA Team and Community,

I’m writing because my EA account for EA SPORTS FC 26 has been permanently banned for “cheating.”

However, I have never used any unfair software, exploits, or methods. I believe this action may have been triggered by a false-positive detection.

My appeal is already under review by the Terms of Service team, and I’ve also requested my account data through a GDPR/DSAR case to fully understand what led to this decision.

Several EA Advisors have already confirmed that the Studio Team is aware of similar reports from other players, and that the issue has been escalated for further investigation.

I’ve shared every possible piece of information through official channels and am now waiting for a fair manual review.

Please ensure that my case is properly checked — I’ve been a long-time, fair player and only ask for justice and accuracy in this process.
