Wrongful ban on inaccessible child's account and EAs annoying, stupid AI
How can I communicate with a human when the AI chat doesn't understand the problem and refers me back to the same part of the website instead of progressing me to someone?
I do not play FC26 but have an account from when I did play FIFA. My 9 year old now has FC26. I've been helping him out as he wants a team as good as his friends (didn't get the game at launch).
A few days back I started using the transfer market to up his coins. It's taken a few days to get around £100k more. Now the transfer market has been blocked. He does not have the means to buy coins and I certainly wouldn't be passing his login credentials to anyone. I want to appeal it. Tbh the ban has infuriated me.
On the website it's logged in as my own account. My sons account is a child's account created on the PS5 and this can not be logged into. I can not even appeal because of this. The stupid AI won't understand that the desired appeal is not for my account and keeps directing me to an appeals page on my own account that has nothing to appeal anyway. I've tried changing the subject of my issue to a connectivity or linked account issue but it asks questions until I have no option but to mention the ban at which point- we'll you know where it directs me.
I need to speak to a human being.
Hi II_hot_totti_ll,
Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that. I can understand why that would be especially frustrating, particularly when the appeal would need to be for your child’s account rather than your own.
Unfortunately, account bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums, and account-specific issues involving a child account would still need to go through the support team directly.
If live chat hasn’t been able to help much with this, you could also try using this webform instead to submit a case.
Sorry again you’re in this situation, and I hope you’re able to get it sorted out.
