Wrongfully Banned for ‘Coin Distribution’ on PC

Hi everyone and the EAFC Community Managers,

I’m an EAFC26 PC player and, two days ago, I received a ban from EA Sports FC access for allegedly being “involved in coin distribution.”

To be clear, I have never bought coins on any Ultimate Team in over 10 years of playing. Over the course of this year, I gradually accumulated around 4.5 million coins mainly through objectives, quick selling packs, and a bit of pack luck. The most valuable tradable player I packed all year was TOTS Szoboszlai. I’ve barely even spent my coins apart from some bronze players for League SBCs and the guaranteed Ronaldo pack a few weeks ago.

Although EA hasn’t explained the exact reason for the ban, I suspect it may be related to my transfer list. I had a large number of 85 to 90 rated players listed for 10,000 BIN because I got tired of selling high rated fodder for 2 to 3k. I was essentially relisting them in the hope that lazy buyers completing SBCs would occasionally pay more rather than searching for the cheapest card.

The frustrating part is that this method barely even worked. I probably only sold around 10 to 15 cards this way. If this is what triggered the ban, it feels extremely harsh.

What’s ironic is that I genuinely dislike coin sellers because they’re a huge part of why the market is in such a poor state right now. The only reason I even started listing players this way was because of how inflated and broken the market has become.

Does anyone know who I can contact to actually speak to someone about getting the account reviewed? I already submitted an appeal but only received an automated response. EAFC is honestly the only game I really play, so I’d really appreciate any advice or help. I’m more than happy to provide any information or evidence that could help clarify the situation.
