Wth rival cannot play in game. Server problem or opponent hack?

Wth? i did not pay for this. all smooth until 1-1 n i just had to shoot with pulisic inside his penalty box with clear low driven to corner then suddenly the match stuttering and lagging soooooo much. even when i want to upload the video here got problem. wth ea? **bleep** technical problem
