XBOX missing pre-order rewards

Hello,

My account is missing all pre-order rewards. I have no FC points, no starting gold packs, transfer market is locked. I have EA Play and it says i have to buy the premium pass, even though it's suppose to be included. I've reached out to chat support twice and received no help. Anyone else?
