Xbox One crashing at title screen

Recently gifted ea fc26 for Christmas. Installed the game and went to start. Now every time the game loads with the Ea triangle at the bottom. Then about 10-20 seconds after the title page loads. The logo disappears and the game fades to black and crashes. Have restarted Xbox, cleared cache etc but still nothing. Anyone got any ideas?
