Xbox series X shutting the power off in the middle of games

I have an issue that in any game mode I play on ultimate team my Xbox just randomly powers off mid game. I’ve played each day just to see if it would resolve itself and still hasn’t. My Xbox isn’t overheating and it’s always cleaned, can play any other games for hours and have no issues. Spoke to Xbox support and EA support and got absolutely no help with my issues, anyone on here ever had a similar issue and figures out why this happens. Thanks
