"You have lost your online connection"

Hello

I’m having a recurring issue with EA Sports FC 26 on my PlayStation 5.

  • Platform: PlayStation 5
  • Issue: I can only log in to the servers once per day.  I can play online without any issues but after i take a break and then come back to log in, it doesnt work.
  • After that first successful login, I’m unable to reconnect — I keep getting a message saying I need to connect to my PSN account, even though I’m already signed in and all my other games work normally.
  • Error Message: “You must be signed in to PlayStation Network” (appears even while signed in). or "you've lost your online connection. Check your home network... my home network is all good, all other games work.
  • Steps Tried: Restarting my PS5, checking my internet connection, confirming PSN is working (other games connect fine). Ive tried setting up my own static lease IP, maybe my IP address is getting blocked from some reason. i've tried everything i can!

Could you please investigate this and help me resolve the issue? pleeeeeeasseee help
