Hey ahmedazeeem pack contents are random and you have the same chance to pack any one item as any other user.
The only time you may be guaranteed a specific type of item is if the pack states as such.
We are not able to change pack contents or make changes to what you received.

I understand that pack contents are supposed to be random. However, my issue is not only about luck. The game has many bugs that are still not fixed.
As clear evidence of this, I purchased a pack yesterday for 250,000 coins, which should have contained 10 items, but I only received 1 item. This is clearly a technical issue and not randomness, and it is not fair.
Additionally, since I started playing the game, I have not packed a single good or high-rated player from either packs or challenges, despite spending a lot of coins and completing many objectives. Combined with the technical issues, this makes the experience unfair and extremely frustrating.
I am not asking to change pack contents, but I am asking for a fair resolution to these issues, especially when bugs directly affect what I receive from paid packs.

The entitlement of the lunatics on this page… seriously.
You buy packs with coins, expecting high rating players - why not just buy the players on the market?
The chance of pulling an Mbappe or a TOTY card are about 0.0001%. Literally 1 in a million.. it’s not a server issue, it’s intended. If we all pack the best players, they’d be worth nothing.

I do not have a video recording of the pack. It is not realistic or expected for players to record a video every time they purchase or open a pack.
I would also like to clarify that I am being honest about what happened. I am not trying to mislead anyone, and I find it concerning to feel as if my statement is being doubted. You are aware that this game currently has multiple unresolved bugs and issues, and this situation is consistent with those problems.
I am simply asking for my issue to be taken seriously and reviewed from the backend logs, as this should be possible on your side. I am looking for a fair resolution to this problem.

Your console records up to 24 hours so you could just check the playback from that and cut a video out of it with your phone?
But then of course, you can’t.. because it didn’t happen.
