83+ TOTW Player Packs Giving Gold Players (Compensation Needed)

I opened multiple 83+ TOTW Player Packs and received only standard gold players instead of Team of the Week cards. These packs are supposed to guarantee at least one TOTW player rated 83+, so receiving zero TOTW items is clearly not working as intended. This was not a case of opening the wrong pack, I specifically saved and opened these TOTW packs. The pack results showed multiple gold cards with no TOTW included. Additional details:

Number of packs opened: 6

Source of packs: I don’t remember either SBC or old squad battles rewards  

Platform: Xbox

I would appreciate an update on whether this is being tracked and when compensation will be issued.
