Accidental Level 40 Reward Claim due to PC Freeze - Help Needed

Hello,

I am writing to ask for assistance regarding a reward selection error I experienced in FC 26.

I recently reached Level 40 in the Season Pass and was presented with the player pick options: the Daniele De Rossi item or the 5x86+ Player Pack. My intention was to select the 5x86+ Player Pack.

Unfortunately, at the exact moment of selection, my PC froze/lagged, causing me to accidentally click and claim the Daniele De Rossi card instead.

I have not used the card in any matches or SBCs yet. Is it possible to revert this transaction or swap the reward for the Player Pack? I was really looking forward to opening the pack and would appreciate any help you can provide.
