Account Specific Gameplay Delay and Responsiveness Issue Request for Review

Hello EA Support Team,

I am reporting an ongoing gameplay issue that seems to be account-specific. At the start of the game, gameplay on my account was smooth for about two weeks. Players responded correctly, tactics worked as intended, and the experience was enjoyable. After that, the gameplay changed and has remained problematic.

I consistently experience input delay, slow reactions, unresponsive passing and movement, and players not following assigned tactics or making proper runs. The gameplay feels heavy and unresponsive.

I am confident this issue affects my account specifically. This was confirmed when I played on my friend’s account using the same console and internet connection, where gameplay was smooth, responsive, and natural.

This shows the issue is not related to my connection, hardware, squad, or skill level. My squad and division rank are higher than my friend’s, yet my gameplay experience is significantly worse.

I am not requesting rewards or advantages. I only ask for a fair, normal, and smooth gameplay experience so I can continue enjoying the game.

  • Sir I tested the same console and internet on another EA account and the gameplay was smooth. The issue only occurs on my account.

    We have never had a verifiable instance of this nyq4​ do you have videos showing the difference when two accounts play in the exact same setup and situation.

    I don’t currently have a side-by-side video comparison. 
    However, I have repeatedly tested both accounts on the same console, same network, and same location, and the gameplay behavior is consistently different.
    If this issue cannot be verified via forums, please advise how I can escalate this to EA Help for an account-level technical investigation.

    Without any evidence nyq4​ that shows a drastic difference under the exact same circumstances then there is nothing more we can do.
