BUG - Future Stars Academy Playstyles and Playstyles+ not received

Hi all,

I completed many days ago all the objectives to get PlayStyles pack and PlayStyles+ pack. Objectives are marked as completed but I haven’t received any of them. I don’t find any in “Future Stars Academy - Rewards”. 

I opened a case (#237255087) with support on Feb 7th and no help from them. Even after sending them the screenshots showing objectives completed they just said “it uses to happen when you don’t complete all the objectives or you don’t finish them on time”. But I proved all objectives were completed on time.  

Support has been transferring the case back and forth nonstop for 48 hours without saying a single word to me, after I asked them not to lie and proved to them again that I had completed all the objectives on time and that it was an EA error that they had to fix.

I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know how to solve the problem and how to push EA to fix their mistake? My envolved player is useless without PlayStyles and PlayStyles+.
