Ultimate team problems
Imagine being me and trying to get help from the EA help desk and agents and they just close your “case” and saying there is no solutions to it.
after 2 hours of talking and chatting and speaking to different agents … imagine 3 agents send you to the other and so going on that after the 3th time they realise you’re on the wrong team and following all there steps for nothing The 4 th person told me to delete al my squads on my companion app and did all his steps too and still didn’t got the help I needed. I’m so gratefull for EA for being the best and having the best agents. To punish the players who put the most effort in this game! Now I still can’t get in my ultimate team and they won’t fix it or help me or compensate me for all they’ve done. They don’t take anyone serious & don’t care at all. Trust me.
