Cannot connect to UT

Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 26. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate FC 26 and delete the saved data.

Also, try rebuilding your database with the steps here and restore your licenses with these instructions.

Several folks have reported the same exact issue. You can see this very commonly on Reddit as well. How is EA not aware of this

I only have one account

I have the same problem but only with my first account, it’s been 3 days now 

Do you have a different account you can try? That would help narrow this down to an account related issue.
