Cheaters / Hackers on FUT Champions EAFC26

I faced a hacker while starting a FUT Champion match. I just started the match on 4th January, 2026. And I faced the hacker, mentioning the EA id "ri37adnq6". The match began, and all my players were standing and watching the game, but no one was moving; only a single player was under my control. I tried to substitute my players if they could move, but nothing changed. Within the first 20 minutes, he scored 5 goals, and then the screen froze. No one was moving; only the My Game MS was going up and down, and my pause action was only showing on the screen. Rest time, players, all stopped working. Please be aware of this kind of cheater. I talked with EA customer service, but didn't get my match back, nor did I receive any compensation received. Please, if anyone sees this id, please report him. I have attached the match photo below.
