Connection Penalty?

Hello, so I am trying to reach out to EA support but can't seem to find a proper contact for them, email or phone. I am basically earning nothing now from ultimate team games because the game keeps crashing and kicking me out due to connection issue apperantly. It gives me a message saying that I can reach out and have it rectified but I'm not sure how to do that. Anyone can help? Also my game is just a little laggy, and always delayed, is that normal or steam PC?

    Connection issues are still ongoing, they happen occasionally. Yes it says at the end that it is checking who won, due to connection lost. The bigger issue is the game can be very lagy/delayed sometimes. The reason I want help is to fix my game earning, im earning like 93 coins per game now, even though all the issues from game either happened by unwanted connection issue, or by opponent connection issue sometimes, but I still lost my coins.

    Hey ZEROPANDA10​,

    Are you still having connection issues? Just to check, are you getting an error just at the end of your matches with you being thrown back to the game's main menu?
