"disconnected" after winning match to not get the win

I have started to play champs for the first time today. I literally just won a game by 2-3 goals. However, before I could leave the match I got kicked from the ea servers and logged in to get a notification that I "disconnected". Like why would I not get the win for the game it just feels pointless. It was also the second time today that surprisingly after winning games that I have to reset my wifi to be able to play. I would like to get the win to count or at least some sort of compensation for it but I doubt it is possible.

    happened to me last last to last wl i got 7-8 meanwhile i actually won 3 more (actual is 10-5)

    this is absolutely unacceptable from ea

    Happens so many times and I get the DNF message. And I thought regardless of the result if the opponent leaves you get the win but that doesn’t happen either?
